iPhone App Users Guide

To download the 1st Financial online banking app, simply visit your Apple iPhone App store and search for either 1st Financial Mobile or 1st Financial Federal Credit Union.

The app is free to download and use. Simply touch the "Free" button and "Install App". You may be asked to provide your apple ID and password at this time.

You will be prompted to provide your already existing Netbr@nch ID and password. If you have not already enrolled in a 1st Financial online banking account, call (636) 916-8300 and a Member Service Representative will help you get started.

Once you are logged in, you may be asked to provide further verification by answering questions previously designated at the time you opened your Netbr@nch account. If you are unable to answer these questions, please call a Member Service Representative at (636) 916-8300.

Once you are authenticated and logged in, you will see a list of your 1st Financial accounts and balances.

You will see a list of available functions at the bottom of the screen. The first of these functions will allow you to transfer balances between your 1st Financial accounts.

App users will also have the ability to access their BillPay account and pay merchants from their iPhone.

As an added measure of convenience, app users may also search for nearest 1st Financial locations by zip code or city.

Previously designated account alerts may be viewed from this app by choosing the "more" option and clicking the "My Alerts" tab.
