Q. What username will I use the first time I log on?
A. The first time you log on after the update, you will need to use your member number as your username. Immediately after succesfully logging in the first time, you will be prompted to change your username.
(member number of primary member)
A. The first time you log on after November 15th your password will be the last 5 digits of the primary member social security number and the first three characters of the primary member birth month IN ALL CAPS. Example
(last 5 digits of social and first 3 letters of birth month IN ALL CAPS)
Q. What can I use as a username after my first log in?
A. Your new username must begin with a letter of the alphabet and it cannot be taken by another member.

A. You can enroll in mobile banking one of two ways. One way is to go to www.1stfinancialfcu.mobi from your mobile device and enter your Netbr@nch username and password. Follow the steps on your phone to enroll. The second way is to log into Netbr@nch on your computer. Once you are logged in, click on Settings and then Mobile. Fill in the appropriate settings and click confirm. A text message will be sent to your mobile phone with the link to the mobile site. Q. WilI my online banking account still integrate with Quicken?
A. Yes. Everything will still be able to be automatically downloaded into Quicken. However, before your first download, you must re-enroll. Please click here for instructions on enrollment.
